It's a Walk in the Park!

This past Saturday I had the wonderful opportunity to go on a walk with miss Katie while she was babysitting two super adorable kids! (Anybody who knows me knows how much I love, love, love babies! And of course! I had to bring my camera!)

Katie and Mr. Mason and Miss Megan and I played on the play ground, went down the slide, swung, and of course took pictures :)

Gotta love all of Katie's facial expressions - so beautiful you are Miss Katie (you might have remembered seeing her from this photo shoot about a month ago!)

Mason. LOVE, LOVE these eyes!

101:1001 - Memorize 50 Bible Verses

So, I haven't quite reached 50 yet, but I am well on my way to officially crossing this off of my list!! If you are not sure what I am talking about, with "my list" - check out this link to read about the list, be inspired (hopefully) and create your own list! How fun! Right?

Psalm 139:1-10 (not looking at a Bible, scouts honor!)
Oh, Lord, you have searched me and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise,
and you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down,
and you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue,
you know it completely, O Lord.
You hem me in - behind and before,
and you have laid your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.
Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there,
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
or settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
even there your right hand will hold me fast.

I leave you with one of my favorite pictures from New York - oh the beautiful pictures that come from such a beautiful place - they always remind me of God's creation and His mighty and powerful love!

#45 - 101:1001

As a part of my 101:1001, I wanted to make a list that would be not only fun, but also would be a blessing to my family and friends. I wanted to take pictures of my family, on both sides of the family - so I did it! I took pictures of my dad's side of the family, and my mom's side of the family! Oh man, was it fun! I already had a chance to post the Neely family pictures earlier on in the week and now the Gibson pictures are posted too!

Check them out :)

Oh, how I love my family, and I have really learned what a huge impact they have had on me as I am away at college (only 1 semester left!!) Thank you, dear family, for loving me and teaching me so much over the years!!

Spinner's

Mackenzie is an avid follower of my blog and a great old friend from high school who asked me to take her family pictures! (Hope you enjoy your "big premier" on the blog! Haha!)

I had so much fun spending some good quality time with Mack and her family to document their love for one another and this point in time for their family! Dave, Brenda, Trent, Paige, Brock, Mackenzie - thank you so much for asking me to take your family pictures! I hope you enjoy all of your pictures and have a wonderful holiday season!

Thanks again, Spinners! So much fun :)

Family Picture Weekend!

I love my family. They are too amazing for words. As a part of my senior project I am documenting my family - and the impact they have had on me throughout my life :) (How exciting, right!) They are beautiful, beautiful people who love each other, despite all of our flaws, and enjoy life and laughter, together.

Yea, my baby cousin is beautiful...oh, babies :)

My grammy and grampy :)

Grandma got a little sassy with me when I told her to "smile" - she thought she was supposed to model! Haha :)
Ralph and Great grandma Fern (90+, she won't tell us how old she really is). She still goes dancing at the senior center and whistles at all the cute boys. And I love her :)
Four generations of t-r-o-u-b-l-e!

A small glimpse of the BIG family (not all of them could make it...)

Baby Cameron! He's a bit crazy!

That's all for now - look later on today or tomorrow for some great pictures of my other side of the family. Oh yes, this is only HALF! Love, love, love them and could take pictures of them all day :)
